Short version: we hold the public register, and the email address of anyone who joins the waitlist. Nothing else.

Register data

The register of licensed sponsors is published by the Home Office and lists organisations, not people. Some sponsors are sole traders or partnerships whose entry contains a personal name. We publish that data as the Home Office publishes it, under the Open Government Licence, for the purpose of monitoring sponsor licences. If you are a sole trader and want your entry's history page removed from search engines, email hello@sponsormonitor.com and we will add a noindex tag to it; the entry itself remains part of the public record.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist we store your email address, the role and plan you selected, and the time. We use it to send one email when alerts launch and, if you reply, to talk to you. We do not share it. Ask to be removed at any time by emailing the address above.

Logs and cookies

The web server keeps standard access logs for up to 30 days for security and capacity planning. The site sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics or embedded scripts.
